10/16: Good FD yesterday; weight today was 151.6. Was hoping 149, but will shoot for another FD Thursday and see below 150 by next week

    This past week I was up .6 for the week. All in all not bad since I had a luncheon on Tuesday and had a pretty good week the week before. Baby steps. ;)

    I am happy that I have lost some of the water weight I was carrying. For being Halloween, I was pretty good last week.
