    Thank you everyone. It is funny because I didn't see the point in the pictures until I just took two pictures and put them side by side. I defiantly feel so much better and have so much more work ahead of me and I am happy to be given the clearance to be able to do it all again. I am really REALLY wanting to hit my 100 pounds lost by the end of the year. That is my ultimate goal right now. That is 20 pounds away.

    @Mellykay88 Now, I could still tell it was you - just a much slimmer version! Though it might be because you have the same haircut or the way you were standing in the second pic. But there was a familiar echo in the progress pic.

    @kwiris0328 you, on the other hand - wow! you look completely different! Your whole face has changed and if I had passed you on the street I wouldn't have recognized you!

    2nd pic was today , 110 pounds down as of today . also the pants in the 1st pic size 5x , pants in the 2nd pic 3x .
