Would love if everyone would share favorite low carb bread recipes. Either your own or links to best ones you've tried. I just made one from dietdoctor (https://www.dietdoctor.com/recipes/the-keto-bread) Its not bad but the texture inside is a little weird.
I know about flathead recipes (haven't tried yet) but looking for something for my husband who's allergic to cheese.

Thanks. I'll try that one next.0 -
Soooo it's not a recipe, but Joseph's lavash wraps are just 4 net carbs per serving (half of one bread), which the lazy side of me definitely appreciates!

This one came recommended to me, I haven't bought the psyllium husk powder that doesn't turn breads purple yet, so I haven't make it but I have friends who really like it and I am planning to try it soon.

Thanks! I like that it doesn't have so many eggs in it. Some have 6 or more eggs for a small loaf of bread. I don't have any macadamia or almond butter. I wonder how peanut butter would taste? Probably too strong a flavor. I might make it today.0 -

I tried this one. The recipe only made 4 small rolls. The weird thing is they didn't rise at all. So they came out about the size and shape of a homemade peanut butter cookie. I think maybe it just needed more baking powder?0 -
Check it out: using the keto savory bread in stuffing this week:

I've had no luck with breads.
Tried several recipes, and read a dozen others.
Every one is low carb, but double or more calories when compared to plain old bread.
Some taste ok, but a corned beef sandwich can equal all of my calories for the whole day.
Need something that is Low Carb and Low Cal. That seems impossible.

Try a Rueben sandwich without the bread - still tasty!3

Yes, they do seem to all be very calorie dense. I think I may just stick to the easy mug version when I'm really just craving a proper sandwich. Most the time I'm happy without the bread.0 -
I just pulled a recipe for keto reuben soup...can't wait to try it...sans bread3

Occasionally I'll use "Nature's Own" Sugar Free 100% whole wheat/grain bread.
50 Calories/slice, 9 gr. carb per slice. I've never used more than 1 slice/day.1 -

This sounds tasty! I've never been much of a sandwich eater but a good Reuben has always been an exception. Love corned beef and sauerkraut in general.

Outer aisle cauliflower thins. I use them occasionally. They do a pizza crust too. I've made grilled sandwiches (ham, bacon, cheese), egg and ham and cheese sandwich and a lovely grilled bacon and tomato sandwich.1

I like Xtreme Wellness tortilla wraps. 5 net carbs2

I've only made the biscuits (they're pretty good actually) but Carbquick has a recipe for bread as well.

Any chance we could get a link to that recipe??? Sounds yummo.
You might want to make the keto dinner rolls over on dietdoctor.com to go with that. My husband thinks they almost taste like a rye bread. I think the color is fooling him, but they are good with other soups and stews, so would be nice with rueben soup even if no rye flavor is involved.

I have come across a pretty decent biscuit recipe I've been tweaking. It's not like buttermilk though I think I'm going to try going that direction.
Besides that, all my bread recipes have failed miserably.0 -

Best one I’ve found so far and I’ve tried dozens. Make a batch every week. Quick and easy and very good toasted. This one is okay in a pinch when you need it fast. Only takes a couple of minutes. I use almond and coconut flour version: https://thesugarfreediva.com/keto-low-carb-mug-bread/0
