I plugged in a lot of studying during Thanksgiving, not having family or friends to visit with. And I did indulge in favorite foods to balance that. I realized that while I have had a lot of rice cake for the low calories, when I eat the real bread, obviously the calories go up. So rice cake is not really sustainable.4 -

Sounds like everyone had a good Thanksgiving
I caught a cold! Can't I catch a break?! I went to the doctor on Monday and he gave me antibiotics, prednisone and codeine. I came back to work today and feeling a tiny bit better. At least my weight has not changed too much during all of this!2 -
