Calories under by 577!!!
Once I stopped eating out & cut out sugar and refined starches, my hunger decreases.
Exercised 77 mins walking. Thighs still sore so skipped HIIT scheduled for today.
Tracked all, every nut.5 -

Take me out of the winners list, I may have been in my calories yesterday but I did not bother tracking properly. Ok truth is, this week had an unusual shitload of running planned and this one was my most feared because the injury could really mess with it.
Instead, it went decently, as in it hurt but not enough to stop me and paces were right too...tension relieved and I ate freely.3 -
