I knew it had been awhile since I posted, but it was back on Nov 10! So I have a lot of updating to do.

    Nov 11: 7 Miles
    Nov 12: 5 Boosted Miles
    Nov 13: 4 Miles
    Nov 14: 4 Miles
Nov 15: 6 Miles (two 3 mile walks)
    Nov 16: 3 Miles
    Nov 17: 7 Miles (2 miles +5 miles)
    Nov 18: 8 Miles (5 miles +3 miles)
    Nov 19: 6 Miles
Nov 20: 5 Fat Burning Miles
Nov 21: 2 Miles Burn Body Fat
Nov 22: NO MILES! I haven't had a zero mile day since March before this!
    Nov 23: 2 Miles
Nov 24: 3 Miles (three 1 mile walks)
    Nov 25: 9 miles! (5 miles +4 miles)
    Nov 26: 6 Miles
    Nov 27: 5 Miles
    Nov 28: 5 Miles

    125 of 130 miles

Wow, I'm going to just skate by this month! This was my worst month ~ I've not been very motivated to do the WaH workouts so I've done more just walking, haven't been as social on here and I've been terrible about the strength training. I did okay with a level 1 on a Jillian workout for 10 days, but when I shifted to level 2, it was too hard and I got discouraged, became lazy and made excuses. I need to do better next month on all of it...

I am not feeling well but dang it I will make it to the end of the month. Two more days and about 7 miles. It won't be pretty but I will do what I can.

I could not do it. My poor grandson came down sick and was here with me for past two days. I am worn out from taking care of him, myself and my husband. Jonny and my husband are both on antibiotics. I wanted to finish strong but there is always next month.

    Awesome walking ladies!

Just joined the group to do Leslie's daily walks. I have been walking with Leslie for about 8 months and have lost 70 lbs in 10 months. I love that I can do this in my house. If it is nice I will walk outside but me being in TX I usually have about 2 months that I can walk outside before the heat or cold set in. Yesterday did her walk and I figured by my steps I did about 1.5 miles. I am getting her daily walks off of her FB page. I Love the walks.
