A Christmas tree in a lake at Disney World. There are red & green lights floating in the lake.
Have a great day wherever you are!

I've struggled with the last two challenges as my partner has been seriously unwell in hospital, and it has been too hard to keep on top of the challenge with all the other challenges in my real life!
I've gotten out of the habit of logging using MFP. I know I won't make the winners circle this month, but I'm aiming to log each day (even if its over) and check in here to start re-introducing some consistency and accountability back in to my routine.
Congratulations to all who made the winners circle last month!18 -
I am back today after having dropped out of the habit of checking in here late in November. I was still trying to exercise and eat well, but when you don’t keep careful track, it does all go awry.
I hate that I missed everyone’s entries later in November. Sorry. Congratulations to the many of you that made it to the winner’s circle!
On the upside, I had set myself the goal of not drinking any alcohol in November and I did completely keep that.
As for today:
Exercised - Yes, rowing machine, treadmill and elliptical
Calories - Yes
Tracked - Yes
Planning on sticking with you all this month! (I do realise that it started 2 days ago)15 -

Hi, Since I’m new to this I wasn’t aware/couldn’t figure out what we were supposed to do to report. Hopefully, this is it. For Dec 1&2: Yes to all 3. I will say that walking over 5 miles in 2 days is killing my right hip today! Lol I do have back problems. Maybe I better slow down a bit. I don’t want to start living on Rx again or having to go to PT again just to sit. Good to see everyone’s results.10

Date: December 3rd
Yay, I really feel like having a daily sign-in and reading about everyone else's effort helps a lot!
Exercised?: Yes, normally I would bum around for a bit and read the news on non-gym mornings, but the daily challenge meant that I spent the time doing yoga! Then I headed out earlier for an extra walk. I felt much better about the day and the gloomy weather afterwards.
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes. Ate less than I wanted for lunch because there would be nothing to budget for dinner, and I didn't want to pass on day 3! The feeling of hunger went away soon afterwards, keeping busy helps!9 -

Yes to all! For exercise, I walked on the treadmill for an hour and also carried my one-year-old around Target for almost an hour because she didn’t want to sit in the cart lol I don’t mind though, she’s a sweetie 😍 gives me strong mom arms lol5

Yes all around today. Did a short kickboxing video followed by strength training. Kickboxing always makes the muscles in my upper body so sore the next day so I’m expecting some (good) pain in the morning!6

@mekelly Hugs to you and your partner. Don’t forget to take care of yourself.
@jjjcat Congratulations to you…it’s amazing how many calories we can save by choosing our beverages wisely. Goal achieved for November…and well done.
@feelingbetterthanevernow Your exercise is not a marathon unless you choose it to be. For your best level of comfort, ease into it.
@harvest_bounty Yes… I agree with your statement “I felt much better about the day and the gloomy weather afterwards.” Exercise can definitely make a difference in one’s overall perspective on overcast days.
@stella7x7 You are very consistent with your daily reports. Nice to have you for a team mate!
@Id6828 Good report today. Keep up the great work.
@am_change Glad to have you back with us.
@RangerRickL Nice you and Rose can enjoy Christmas decorations in warm weather. It might seem a bit atypical…but wonderful you can enjoy them in shirtsleeves instead of heavy coats and winter boots.
@jugar Hope you are feeling better soon.
@GrandmaJackie Kudos for your consistency in posting
@loopydo2017 For some reason I think our gender is just plain short on upper body strength. I know I don’t have any!5 -
Yes, yes (just barely) and yes - and glad I did track - i thought I would be over but when I tracked I discovered that I squeaked in just under the wire.3

I walked like crazy shopping today. I usually go by myself and walk as fast as is prudent to do. Yesterday I tidied and organized the garage for my exercise yesterday. I seem to get more done faster when I do this challenge. Yea. Having new goals also helps
