    Yes x3 though cutting it closer than I’d like with calories. First potluck holiday gathering. Glad I skipped dessert as supper was higher calorie than I expected. 25 min full body strength workout.

    Yes x3. I have actually been having serious issues eating enough. I've been nauseous almost all month because of stress.

    Exercise: I'm now restricted to low impact exercise, so I have begun to use an exercise bike

    December 7 and 8 are both only yes x1 for me (exercise - it's not challenging for me to find 20 minutes to get some exercise in daily).

    I do need to work on tracking my calories more, even if I know I'm going to be over for the day!
