Yes x3. I have actually been having serious issues eating enough. I've been nauseous almost all month because of stress.4

Date: December 8
Exercised?: Yes yoga and physical therapy exercises
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes4 -
Calories: under by more than 300
Exercise: I'm now restricted to low impact exercise, so I have begun to use an exercise bike
Tracking: okay3 -
So despite the three fails in a row, here I am. I did much better today. I ran a little extra today (I do a mix of running and walking laps) to combat my guilt
Tracked: yep
Calories: yep, although I did let myself eat back a bit of my estimated exercise cals. I always estimate on the low side and only allow some anytime I do eat some back
Exercise: Ran a total of 3 miles. I wasn't feeling great so I had 2 walking laps instead of 1 after every 3 running laps. Knocked out 5 miles of movement pretty easily though!
Honestly, I think lowering my calories to the sedentary amount killed me. It left me juuuuust barely too hungry and caused issues. Plus, it's almost finals and I've hit my abnormally hungry week anyways. Add to that the disappointment from unexplained weight gains (honestly they're pretty small, I'm just sensitive!) and I've had a trainwreck week!7 -

Well so glad I was in the winter's circle last month but not a repeat this month. I have been MIA the last 4 days. I have exercised and watched my calories but unfortunately not tracked or reported. My bad.😱😳.
Thanks @RangerRickL for the lead in for today. You don't know how much I need that encouragement after this snafu!!
So sorry you can only do low impact exercises for a while. Hoping all is well soon.6 -
December 7 and 8 are both only yes x1 for me (exercise - it's not challenging for me to find 20 minutes to get some exercise in daily).
I do need to work on tracking my calories more, even if I know I'm going to be over for the day!4 -

This!. I kmow that I have found it very important to make sure I eat enough. Eating back a portion of exercise calories is crucial. I always focus on net calories, not gross. When I do this, I lose at a fairly consistent rate (only a few weeks with no scale movement) and I don't have issues with cravings or energy.2 -
Yes to all three three over 9000 steps today. Christmas shopping with the grand kids. An awesome day3

Loved RangerRick's message of the day, when I quit UAC Oct-Nov it was cuz I thoguht "oh well, I have all these pass days, I'm not doing any good, what's the point of being here if it's a challenge?" but I'm failing no one but myself if I give up over a couple mistakes.
This place is as much of a support group as it is a challenge5 -
Exercise - 17k run (hill repeats, race pace, death granted)
Calories - no
Tracked - no
Pass day #1 for me.1 -
Today was a great day. I had dinner with my closest friends and their spouses at the Capital Grille in Chestnut Hill
I purposely chose my calories throughout the day in hopes of staying on plan. I am sad to say that the Caesar salad I ate with dinner through me over my goal. I did not have dessert or appetizers. The salad had 770 calories according to MyFitnessPal
So I have to take a pass. However I did walk the dog for 40 min and log everything!5 -
Drove 500 km home yesterday.
Yes to all 3! Made up for the sitting by taking new dog and old dog on an introductory walk for 40 min.2 -
Yes x 3 for December 8! Despite flying today and going to a bar, I believe I'm under in calories2
