i didn't update my weight here last week because it was the same as the week before. i came back from sweden yesterday and now i'm trying to get back on my diet. as you can see, i haven't lost at all for two weeks and it's making me a bit frustrated. i really need to start going for walks again :-/ it's annoying because i thought i'd be under 80kgs by now but no :-/ hopefully i'll lose that last kilogram before christmas 👍🏻1 -

I am no longer obese (according to BMI)! My weight dropped quite a bit from last week. Maybe I was kinda dehydrated this morning when I weighed myself? I'll probably see a gain or no change next week.3 -

Not a great week for me. Can't seem to get it together. Keep thinking about joining WW just for weigh in accountability. Just really don't like the program. How some foods are 0 and some are way more than they probably should be.
