Not surprising as I have gone to three Christmas parties this past week (and have my fourth one to go to tonight). Also, I started my cycle which always tends to see my weight going up with that. And I’ve had a rotator cuff issue so only worked out one time.
Missed my Wednesday weigh in. Here’s to a more focused week ahead.
@bethcamy1 You're doing great just by sticking with us! Holiday's are rough time for most...so many yummy foods and treats! This week was bad for me as well, I indulged a lot! Lol.

@b_magill I don't know if I've asked you this before, but do you take your measurements? I find even when the scale is giving me a hard time, my measurements are still shrinking. I do mine about once a month. Great job on your loss!!0 -

I weighed in last Friday since I missed last Wednesday so this hasn’t been a full week. Attended two more Christmas parties and ate and drank quite responsibly (1 drink and 1 plate of lite appetizers). Shoulder is feeling better so working out more as well.1 -
