This was not a fasting number, but I checked at 1:15 AM when I got in from services, and I was at 88.0

90 I went to my daughter's home for X-mas dinner, great meal but not very low carb.
254 before bed, took 35 units insulin, life is back to normal.
I hope everyone else had a great holiday!2 -
99.
Made it through another holiday! Had eggs with cheese, bacon, a tiny roll with butter and some no-sugar added jam for Christmas breakfast at my mom's house. Driving home I started feeling stir-crazy so we stopped at the corner gas station, which is also a lunch counter, and got fried fish and chicken. Then mostly snacks for supper. Santa gave me low-carb delicious treats in my stocking - dark chocolate, almonds, pistachios - and fresh fruit.
Last year I was panicking on Christmas thinking I was going to completely lose control of my glucose. This year I felt like I knew what I was doing. I banked calories ahead of time and ate within my carb tolerances - my special treats were higher calorie but not higher carb.2 -

Fasting Range this last week has been 83 to 120 Last night I was 74, this morning 152 (guess I still should have taken my levemir, lesson learned). Oh Christmas Day I ranged from 83 to a high of 162 not bad considering all the snacking.2

126. Hike, yoga, meat and veg eating, all led to the best single day improvement I have ever seen.1

107. The travel weight is gone, but even though I didn't overeat calories, I certainly overate on carbs. Just like the weight, it goes down more slowly than it goes up.1

Finally getting around to posting from this morning - 90.0

89, personal record for a fasting number. While I did eat light yesterday, I wonder if having extra electrolytes meant I was better hydrated than normal?0
