For the next several days, I will explain the fundamental concepts of the UAC team rules.
Tracking is the most essential of the healthy habits that will lead you to your goals and/or help you maintain your goal. What is profoundly important about the UAC is that although you sign up each month, success is achieved over many months. This is not a fad or a biggest loser and then bounce back challenge. This is a healthier life challenge.
Don't become discouraged by the difficulty in changing your habits. Habits can be very helpful or very hurtful. We want you to have the helpful healthy habit of tracking your caloric intake and exercise output.
One of my business mentors would often say, "Every organization has systems which are perfectly designed for the results that currently produce."
When we apply that concept to the human being, it would be something like this, "Everyone has habits that are currently causing us to be over, under or maintaining a healthy weight and fitness."
If you want to change your life, then change your habits....that takes time; desire; accountability and picking yourself back up when you have fallen.

Calories - Yes. I made poor food choices though. I drank some calories, which doesn't fill me much. Ended being very hungry. Oh well, you live and learn. I have prelogged tomorrow.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class and a 60 minute Hatha yoga class in the morning, and 60 minutes strength training, a 60 minute Power Flow Heated yoga class, and a 49 minute Yoga with Adriene video this evening.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! - after a long bus ride home I took 2 classes at my gym, 360-3x and Cardio Sculpt for 30 mins each.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - I stayed within my macro goals too.

Exercise - no, still not feeling well so listened to my body and rested. Pass 2.
For me, the habits that make me gain are not tracking, mindless eating and going over calories. As I'm usually OK with exercise I'm not overly worried about this poor start. Exercise will return with health. But I'm pleased to have stuck to my calorie goal.9 -
