What are your goals for the Life Changer Transformation?

Where do you want to be after the four months? Running a marathon? Be more defined? Be stronger? Be slimmer?

My goals:
πŸ’š Do the trifecta weekend in Oberndorf easily (52 km and 2800 m elevation in 24 h)
πŸ’š get stronger and faster
πŸ’š build endurance (Iron Viking in 2019)
πŸ’š do at least one muscle up
πŸ’š get rid of belly fat (but only if strength, speed and endurance don’t suffer)
