Hubby's b'day so I took him out to Swiss Chalet tonight. I had the skinless leg and hot veg medley (with no sauce or bun) and most of the shared F U D G E cake.... he is only allowed a little bit ....

Worked at it & succeeded! I did resist temptations & don’t feel completely out of the woods, but ate at home, nutritiously and exercised. Very good deficit & great veggies!!

I think I overdid it on Sunday, my knee wasn't up to talking a walk. I did do some light cleaning and made dinner, but that was it.
I'm going to investigate some upper body workouts that can be done on a chair, that won't impact my knee. I love having a strong back and arms, and it's already evident that I'm losing muscle mass.4
