I think I overdid it on Sunday, my knee wasn't up to talking a walk. I did do some light cleaning and made dinner, but that was it.
I'm going to investigate some upper body workouts that can be done on a chair, that won't impact my knee. I love having a strong back and arms, and it's already evident that I'm losing muscle mass.4 -
