    *mutters* only 1lb lost this week, not great for week two when I should still be losing relatively easily considering my starting weight. My body always does this though, it likes to fight me and clings onto weight for a few weeks before suddenly shedding a months worth of loss in a day. Just need to ignore the scales and keep going forward!

    finally got a hold of myself and i'm back on my diet! already seeing a little loss so i'm quite happy about that :-) hopefully the weight keeps on dropping :-)!

    A big loss this week, finally got away from all of the snacking I was doing and I have stepped up my workouts. I love how this is showing on the loss this week.

    Ooops, forgot to weigh myself yesterday. Would've been all over the place anyway as I woke up 2 hours earlier than usual. However, not quite a true reflection of the week. tbh I'm really surprised I'm down so much as last weekend was not good for the calorie balance. Might well be a flux down, so would be happy to stay here until next week.

    Almost forgot to log mine for last week as wasn't at home on Wednesday which is my normal weigh in day. So this is my Tuesday weight:

    SW (1st Dec 2016): 255.7lbs
    SW (1st Dec 2018): 229.3lbs

    TW: 230.6lbs (Trend)/231.0lbs (Actual)
    Variance: +0.9lbs

    Overall Loss from 1/12/16: 25.1lbs

    Not happy at all with myself, need to have a quiet word, just crossed back over to Class II Obese, so need to crack the whip, stop buying trigger foods, come up with solutions for boredom/stress eating and be more vigilant with my logging.
