    Exercise yes 10 min quigong, 15 min leslie sansone , 45 min walk
    Tracking yes
    Calories yes, not the best food choices, it has been cold and dreary so have been binging, not good

    Exercise: walking in the mall for an hour and a half, + interval walking after dinner.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class and a 60 minute trail run/walk in the morning, 90 minutes weight lifting in the afternoon, and a 60 minute Heated Power Flow yoga class this evening.
