Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep -- 45 minutes of strength training this morning -- lots of upper body reps, followed by leg ISO holds. It was a good burn all over!

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

Loved reading all the NSVs -- it is so important to celebrate every single one of them, no matter how small they may seem. I know they are what keep me going when the going gets tough.

.... Next week I will start to work on increasing treadmill speed and incline. I want to build up to 3 miles a day.

Within Daily Calorie Range: No, I was over my calorie range by 56 calories!

Excellent exercise target .... and considering where you were at less than 3 weeks ago, only 56 calories over is EXCELLENT!

I usually stay on track at work, but the moment I am home I binge eat that too unhealthy foods. My goal for yesterday was not to binge eat but have a mini meal at that time and I did that. Giving myself a pat on the back !

Every step towards goalies major accomplish, end. Well done

Heh! I always like reading posts from this @zorrocat dude. He has got numbers. I figure him to be a future ultra runner.

I try to keep a grip on my numbers. For as geezer as I am I held KOM an an impressive segment for a while. That'll be my mental legacy for a good while.
