Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep -- 45 minutes of strength training this morning -- lots of upper body reps, followed by leg ISO holds. It was a good burn all over!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Loved reading all the NSVs -- it is so important to celebrate every single one of them, no matter how small they may seem. I know they are what keep me going when the going gets tough.4 -

I usually stay on track at work, but the moment I am home I binge eat that too unhealthy foods. My goal for yesterday was not to binge eat but have a mini meal at that time and I did that. Giving myself a pat on the back !6 -

EXERCISE: Yes, 5 mile run in 41:30, with a tempo run in the middle of 3 miles at 7:30/mile.
CALORIES: Yes. 2020 target; 2498 consumed (154g protein) - 1194 burned = 1304 net.
TRACKED: Yes, including the three rice cakes I had to eat after dinner because I was so low for the day.
Heh! I always like reading posts from this @zorrocat dude. He has got numbers. I figure him to be a future ultra runner.
I try to keep a grip on my numbers. For as geezer as I am I held KOM an an impressive segment for a while. That'll be my mental legacy for a good while.
