Exercise : Yes. 30 mins on the tread mill, 10 on the elliptical
    Tracking : yes
Calories : Under by around 400

I usually stay on track at work, but the moment I am home I binge eat that too unhealthy foods. My goal for yesterday was not to binge eat but have a mini meal at that time and I did that. Giving myself a pat on the back !

Every step towards goalies major accomplish, end. Well done

    CALORIES: Yes. 2020 target; 2498 consumed (154g protein) - 1194 burned = 1304 net.

Heh! I always like reading posts from this @zorrocat dude. He has got numbers. I figure him to be a future ultra runner.

I try to keep a grip on my numbers. For as geezer as I am I held KOM an an impressive segment for a while. That'll be my mental legacy for a good while.

    Definitely back on track!
Walked for an hour in the pouring rain. I felt great!
My heart rate on my walks has dropped. I guess I’m getting stronger :)

Walking in the rain. I am going outside tomorrow no matter what.
