    Exercise: Yes. Worked on old car for about 6 hours (including changing tires) and coached baseball for 3 hours.

    Worked at it & succeeded! I did resist temptations & don’t feel completely out of the woods, but ate at home, nutritiously and exercised. Very good deficit & great veggies!!

    Pass for Monday
    I think I overdid it on Sunday, my knee wasn't up to talking a walk. I did do some light cleaning and made dinner, but that was it.

    I'm going to investigate some upper body workouts that can be done on a chair, that won't impact my knee. I love having a strong back and arms, and it's already evident that I'm losing muscle mass.

    Yes x 3. Lifted weights x 45 min and did the stationary bike for 30 min (trying to give my hamstring a break).
