Exercised?: Yes - a very sweaty 40 minute walk around our local lake.

Wow!! The NSVS yesterday were amazing and very inspiring. It is very motivating to see how well everyone is doing and to read about the many changes that everyone is celebrating. Also, it seems like we have quite a few people on track for this month's winner's circle.

I always post a bit earlier than most but I always go back and read what everybody did. The NSVs were a particularly nice touch.

Exercise? Yes, 90 minutes today. 40 minutes was a morning mall walk for which my boyfriend accompanied me, 30 minutes was a fast paced walk/jog virtual YouTube walk this afternoon (portion of Virtual jog to Miners Castle - Upper Peninsula MI) and another 20 minutes this evening, after dinner, was just a small portion of a 5 hour virtual forest walk (Grand Ridge Trail, Issaqua) in Washington State. So I've been across the US today! A treadmill would be a great option for these virtual walks/hikes. I don't have one...so I just improvise in the living room.
Calories? Yes, within allowance.

EXERCISE: Yes, 5 mile run in 41:30, with a tempo run in the middle of 3 miles at 7:30/mile.
CALORIES: Yes. 2020 target; 2498 consumed (154g protein) - 1194 burned = 1304 net.
TRACKED: Yes, including the three rice cakes I had to eat after dinner because I was so low for the day.7 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class and a 60 minute trail run/walk in the morning, 90 minutes weight lifting in the afternoon, and a 60 minute Heated Power Flow yoga class this evening.

I thought about taking a pass day so I could have a poutine at the rink during my son's hockey practice. However, I'll be using a pass day on Friday and possibly Saturday (away tournament) so I have none to spare.5 -

Yes x3. Prelogged my day knowing supper was going to be (deliciously) high calorie. It helped me keep my afternoon snack in check. Did 20 minutes of lower body strength and was hoping to get a bit of cardio in but it never happened.5

Exercise: Started with a 20 minutes treadmill walk at 4 mph, then a 35 minute back/core strengthening routine. I'm getting a bit better with the exercises. Not pretty , but better.
