    Calories yes, not the best food choices, it has been cold and dreary so have been binging, not good

    Exercise: walking in the mall for an hour and a half, + interval walking after dinner.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class and a 60 minute trail run/walk in the morning, 90 minutes weight lifting in the afternoon, and a 60 minute Heated Power Flow yoga class this evening.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - left lots in the "calories unburned pot" because it is too late for an evening snack

    It's a thrill to read the amazing and positive results so many of our team mates have earned and enjoy. Great work!!
    My day:
    Exercise: Started with a 20 minutes treadmill walk at 4 mph, then a 35 minute back/core strengthening routine. I'm getting a bit better with the exercises. Not pretty , but better.

    Calories: under by enough
