Exercised?: Yes - a 55 minute walk around the lake, pushing my girl in her pram.
Calories?: Yes - well under (considering having some chocolate just to get closer to my target! We'll see...).

Exercise: first brick of the season!! a brick is a triathlete's workout where we combine two or more sports, basically, a race simulation. So, a 1h40 brick cycling+running. Some gym in the evening.

Exercise great ( long walk, hiit, shaunT) but food choices poor. Sweet items. Within calories but just needed honey, fruit, sweet yoghurt (not natural today) with a scone and jam. Now can’t eat anything else anyway and feel sick.
Tracking daily. But unsure whether to go premium for a further kick.6 -

Exercise- Yes. 60 minute yoga class. Tried a new class this afternoon 20 minutes of cardio drills, 20 minute weights and 20 minutes of core. It kicked my butt!!!

EXERCISE: Braved the wind chill to get to the gym and ran a 6 mile easy run on the treadmill (10:00/mile).
CALORIES: Under. 2290 target; 2263 consumed (193g protein) - 627 exercise = 1636 net. Still struggling to hit the sweet spot of calories on running days.
TRACKED: Yes. Had plenty of banana bread today, which I think I overestimated.7 -

Just completed another 30 minute segment of the 3 hour YouTube walking tour in Paris. Nice to see the sights we visited in 2017 when we were in Paris. If any of you are interested...you could fasten your iPad or phone to your treadmill. I don't have a treadmill or an exercise bike so I just alternate low impact aerobics and power walking/jogging in place. I cast the YouTube video up on the TV screen with Google Chrome.
