                    I am trying to make my macros work for me (Keto style). I have 5g of carbs left, but lots of protein and fat.
I need some carb free staples to throw into the mix! Any suggestions would be appreciated

            Meat.
Beef, pork, chicken. Even processed meats like sausage, salami, etc don't have too many carbs but many have some. Eggs have few carbs.2 -

            Boneless porkchops cooked in butter and heavy whipping cream. Season to taste! Yum!! Eat it all!!
Any meat can be cooked that way and it makes it fattier too!!0 -
