I just read the blurb at the top of February’s Challenge (Thank you for creating it) and noticed it says “or be disqualified from the challenge.”
Perhaps this needs to be re-worded with our encouragement of everyone to keep posting & practicing our new habits. We are a much nicer group than that wording might indicate!

Date: January 26 (Australia Day!)
Exercised?: Yes - 50 minute Parkrun. Bloody hot one this morning!
Calories?: Yes - nicely under target.
Tracked?: Yes - all tracked.3 -
Exercise: Yes! 5.5 mile walk at brisk pace (I managed to walk at brisk rather than moderate pace 🤣)
Calories: Yes. A bit hungry still but I'll drink more water which was my goal for today. This week I didn't drink enough
Tracked: Yes.
Pass Days So Far: 4/35 -

Not sure why this posted twice, but I'll just edit the duplicate and take the opportunity to thank @RangerRickL for doing such a great job with UAC. I know it's helped to keep me accountable and I'm looking forward to being a member all the way until I reach my goal weight ... and beyond! So thankful for the encouragement I receive here!!6

Exercise- Yes. 60 min group training at 7am used battle ropes, kettle bells, pulled the sled, TRX straps lol and that was just part of the torture! Stayed for 60 min kickboxing after. Bahahaha came home and carried boxes into the attic and cleaned for 2 hours
Calories- Yes I did eat back about 200 well earned exercise calories
Tracked- sure did!
Exhausted!!!! Worked hard today and I’m really proud that I made good food choices and didn’t reward myself for such an intense workout by over eating. Without this challenge I probably would have eaten a ridiculous amount of calories thinking “I deserve this”
I’m planning on a 10 hour sleep night!!!!8 -

Yes x 3. A balmy 22 here this afternoon, so had a good ride on Annie plus,a half hour clearing snow and some cleaning. Looking forward to riding the next two days until we end up back in the deep freeze on Tuesdsy.7

Under Calories? Yes. With so much exercise today I had a tidy deficit.

NSV: I had a body analysis done at the gym on Friday and my metabolic age is 7 years less than my chronological age. All my other stats were very encouraging. I just started the 10 week course with a personal trainer. (Won in a raffle at a health seminar)8 -
Jan 25: 2nd pass day - on track for food intake and logging right up until supper (despite being VERY hungry for baked carbs, like bread or scones, all day - after returning from after-supper shopping, I decided that I WOULD have a scone (warmed, with jam) and NOT start trying to burn it all off.

Went to a wonderfu wedding and took an intentional Pass Day today.
It's Pass Day #1.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES!!! even with chick fil a with family. I tried the power greens bowl (yum!) And grilled nuggets
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes6 -
Yes to all 3 ... Ran 6 miles this morning, tracked everything and ended the day just under.7
