Hi,I’m Becca. I started keto a couple weeks ago and so far things are going well. I’ve lost just about 4 pounds so far. My sugar cravings are gone, which is great! Feel free to add me. I would love to have more keto friends.

    I started Keto in Oct 2018, I'm still having trouble with sugar cravings. It's kinda driving me crazy. That's one of my goals for February, cut back on candy/sweets.

    Brig here, just working on my third week of Keto. Lost 5.5 pounds and I am noticing less fat.

    Hi, I'm on my 3rd week of Keto too.I lost 6.1 lbs so far.You can eat keto desserts🍰 occasionally instead of sugary things.Eat high fat,moderate amount of protein and very low carbs .Eat nuts,seeds,cheese,chicken or broccoli🥜🧀🍗🥦 when you have sugar cravings.They have the same nutrients as in sugar and sweet choc.Your body📢 is telling you it needs these nutrients so feed it with good choices of foods.Soon,you will no longer crave sugar.👍💖
