Exercised?: Yes - 45 minute Leslie Sansone workout. Was only going to do 30 minutes but then YouTube auto-played the next workout so i just went with it!
Calories?: Yes - under target.

She did well in her first performance with this company. It was a small role (as most starting roles tend to be), but she carried it off well and this should set her up for larger roles later on.7 -
Love love love all the people who are planning to be in this month's winner's circle. Very inspiring since I personally think this is a very challenging month (at least for those of us dealing with winter).
Kudos to those who will miss the Winners Circle this month but are continuing to stay involved, track and report in!5 -

Another day without a pass so am still in for the winners circle, having used my 3 passes this month
Snow is expected here overnight, we just do not cope here in the UK...
Exercise yes, felt as though I had been hit by a bus first thing, 10 min quigong, 20 min yoga for back pain, 40 min happiness yoga, 50 min walk in daylight

Found all 3 difficult today but have managed it.
Just so cold. And could not be bothered with cooking. So salty shop bought soup with fruit ,yoghurt, nuts, homemade granola and low and behold honey.6 -

Yes x 3. Cold and getting colder! No riding today, just rowing machine and weights. Have intentionally done NOTHING around the house for the last 5 days, in preparation for tomorrow. With the HIGH around -12, I am not leaving the house! So. have along list of house chores to get done to make sure I get my 20+ minutes of exercise.4

Exercise? Yes, 30 minute indoor video hiking in Iceland. @jan110144 I may need to change my mindset for the next couple days and do some housework in subzero wind chills. Thank you for sharing your idea. I hate housework, but I sure won't be outside for the next few days. @Lilutz no need to be jealous of snow, cold and ice. Enjoy your more moderate climate. We actually lived in Myrtle Beach SC September 1973 through October 1974 when DH was base veterinarian at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. At the time, I didn't particularly care for the assignment because I was a snow skier and not all that impressed with the beach. I can count on one hand the number of times I went to the beach during that year. All these years later, the air base is, of course closed and repurposed...I no longer ski and would take the more moderate temperatures any day of the week!

You can have some of mine, If you like .... we only need ~ 3 more cms (2.5 cm = 1 inch) of snow before the end of January and this month will be in the top 5 one-month snowfall records for the city at 100 cms / ~ 40 inches. Right now, this year is #6 on the all-time snowiest January list. And there will be more snow here starting again on Feb 1 ....
Be glad you DON'T comprehend (from experience) the meaning of "wind-chill" on top of that ... (the opposite "feels like ... " to humidex in the summer). We have had winter wind-chill temperatures that were colder than then surface of Mars in their summertime .....4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 2 X 10 minutes HIIT sessions at 30 second intervals plus 1hr 21 mins on the mini-trampoline. Found a bike tour beside the canal of my home town!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - with over 500 exercise calories burned, kinda hard NOT to "leave over 200 in the pot"

Now to curl up with the latest installment of my Christmas present ... yet another book just arrived today ....

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- one hour of leg strength training with resistance bands and weights. Killer!

I'm in northern California, so the coldest we ever get is the low 30s overnight. However, I did grow up in northern NJ, so I know snow and cold. Stay warm and safe everyone getting hit by the cold and snow right now!6 -

Mall is closed until Thursday due to the life-threatening windchill warning. My 24-hour gym is also closed until 3 p.m. tomorrow. Either I'll be at the gym later tomorrow or will be doing some Leslie Sansone DVD walking in my basement.4 -
Our law office will be closed for the next two days because the morning commute time temperatures will be between -23 to -26 degrees F. or -31 C. We are not hardy Canadians like @BMcC9. We will be huddled at home. On Friday, it will be well above 0 F and I plan to fly to meet my wife, Rose, at our Phoenix, Arizona, desert condo.
I'll be with her for 2 weeks, then back north a conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and then back to Chicago.
@jan110144 is right about the extraordinarily high number of team mates qualifying for the Winner's Circle, if they keep on track for 2 more days!!

NSV victory...my highest number of consecutive skips with my rope today= 260x. Last year, when I started rope skipping, I could do 40.
