Hooray for the weekend. Finally some time for me.
Congratulations to all who made circle last month. Great to see so many new names on the list.
Congratulations too if you made it to the end of last month, even if not in circle. This is the attitude that will lead you to succeed.
The real secret to this group is just do your best today. Forget yesterday, Forget tomorrow. Just today. If you can do that 25 times out of 28, you will make circle.
You do your best enough times, it becomes habit. Once it's habit, it's hard not to do it.
Talking of habits, I'll try be a lot more diligent with reading and posting this month. Starting with today.

Congrats to everyone!!! So great to see such a lengthy Winner's Circle list!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 50 minutes of full body strength training this morning and a 40 minute walk during lunch.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

I’m in Phoenix, AZ for the next two weeks. I’m going to do lots of hiking in the desert.
My report:
Calories: despite traveling, I was under my limit
Exercise: 57 minutes of cardio/strength intervals

60 min athletic yoga class, plus some jumping on the trampoline with my kids. So much harder as an adult!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 10 minutes HIIT on my bike before work, plus 17 minutes of jogging on my mini-trampoline / exergame after the theatre outing to make up the rest of the needed minutes.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - DESPITE dinner (and dessert) after a workday, I managed to stay In the Green thanks to the 120 calories burned before work .... could have answered "yes" even without the extra 58 calories of the exergame if i hadn't needed to put in the time!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - including the 330 calorie ice cream cake for dessert.
I have been looking forward to this dinner + theatre night since NOVEMBER. Would have been willing to take an intentional pass on Day 1if I had to, because working around restaurant calories on a workday (when you can't get extra exercise calories "into the bank" ahead of time) has been the hardest combo of circumstances .... but with the HIIT sessions before work routine now (for just over a week or so) I made it with calories to spare. Yay!!!

Exercise: Yes. Morning treadmill workout. Shoveling snow. And lots of extra steps at work to knock on my office window to scare the 'bad' birds off the feeder so the smaller birds could also eat.
