Within Daily Calorie Range: No, had pizza with my teen for supper. Gotta get the calories lower on this one. He will feel deprived without pizza : ) Plus, I am learning that the key to a healthy lifestyle is making sure it is sustainable.

Exercise: Yes. Coaching baseball for 3 hrs.
Calories: No. Did maintenance this week for a mental and physical break and did not do very well at all. Over calories several days. Back to cutting on Saturday.

Tomorrow I get back on the cutting diet. I have 43 days until I leave for the beach and I plan on kicking butt diet and exercise wise for the next 6 weeks to get to my lowest BF % yet.4 -
