So very sorry for the grief you are feeling for this dear lady who clearly transcended her role as friend to your Mom and family. Hugs for healing from your loss. Kindest regards.RangerRickL wrote: »@BCcC9 I agree with @57discovery our guru Sir @craigo3154 rightly points out that none of us can count calories within a tolerance as tight as a few calories under or a few calories over our limit.
10 calories is 2 minutes of walking
Or emotional distress
Thank you all for your thoughts expressed on yesterday's thread!
(the "3 calories" was what the pre-evening-exercise food logging worked out to. Normally that would have been promptly wiped out in no time at all in my mini-trampoline jogging .... just didn't even do that. So was out by 10 minutes-or-more on exercise time too)
But I'll be making a "back-dated rainbow" and "today's rainbow" in exergame virtual world tonight, both dedicated to her.
Full report will be posted later this evening.7 -

Started logging with MFP: 1/26/2019 @ 237.8lbs [11 days]
Started logging first UAC: 2/1/2019 @ 235.7lbs
Current weight: 2/5/2019 @ 234.8lbs
Final goal weight: 137.8lbs
Feb 5, 2019
Weight: 234.8 [FITINDEX scale; sync Apple Health]
Exercise: 30min treadmill-walk [iWatch/UAR]; speed-bump #1; 6min stretching
Priorities: weight loss; max aerobic HR cardio; prevent injury w/ great form, stretching
Calories: 1590/1600
Tracked: yes [MFP]
Notes: Bumped up exertion/duration exercise to break my first sweat. Trying hard to avoid nasty shin splints and early over-exert. It’s nice to feel that the knowledge and muscle memory from 10 years of past cardio/weightlifting/martial arts experience (from my 20s/early30s) is not lost at all. Need to settle in on stretching routine.
