    Sleep ... it is such a challenge for me to stay on plan when I don't sleep well (or when I am feeling really tired for whatever reason). I'm still working on improving sleep.

    Just keep working things out...and keep on tracking and posting, regardless of pass days. You can do this!

    @RangerRickL, I feel like pausing to pick up trash would really throw me out of my jogging groove, but I love the idea of it! I think plalking, as it were, would be more manageable. I admire your assisting the environment!

    My report:
    Exercise: I moved on up the mountain by adding 15 minutes more of incline. I picked up trash on my way down. Recently, I read an article about plogging which is a word created to combine pickup of trash with jogging. I don’t jog but I took a bag with me today for trash.
