    @surflivelove Yeah, anything that pulls you out of your normal routine makes it SO hard to get back in. That is why we do these daily post...to keep you thinking about health and a routine.
    @mrs1spy Yay! Super workout!...that probably didn't involve a cross trainer!
    @benbowers another great day!

    Exercise: yes, went to the park and dragged myself around the 3mile loop...took me 45 mins to complete....I am so sick today...just call me "snots and chills" I was damned determined to see the light of day today on my day off.
    Daily goal: I don't want to go on the dead cart! Tomorrow...to feel better so that I don't have to go on the dead cart!

    Are you over eating throughout the whole day? At night? Are you mad, sad, bored?

    Goals/day: I have noticed my face isn't as clear as it was, I'm thinking because I havent been drinking enough water. Was getting 90+ oz per day but now maybe half that lately, so going to work on doing better with water intake

    Make sure you get that cleared through some blood work. My dad is a urologist/nephrologist and told me to get my uric acid and creatine levels checked before starting a high protein diet. Women (esp. over 35-40) are more susceptible to kidney problems with high protein diets. Men tolerate it pretty well.

    Exercise - yes, walk w the doggies AND four hours of shoveling. We dug up a 40 foot long concrete pipe connected to the bathroom. It was 4.5 feet deep. I hurt right now.. I was glad for the company today! They helped! It would have taken me three days to do solo.

    @mram3582 I think it's boredom and tired of restricting and logging all at once. I have been snacking too much. Work has been more stressful also so I feel less in control. But I know I can't keep self sabotaging because I'll never reach my goal. I just need to refocus on the prize.

    I think my scale has finally recovered from getting a new battery as it's said the same for two days in a row now. :-)

    I’m not going extreme but I had been under 30%. He suggested that I get up to 30%.
