Exercise? Yes. 45 minute hike indoors along Maui coastline today. Wish I was there! Also another 30 minutes low impact aerobics while watching a movie.

The gym reopens tomorrow, after being closed for the past week for renovations. I cannot wait to get back into the weight room, which I take as a great sign!5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Was my rest day, but I cleaned the house for 90 minutes, so it was definitely an active rest day. Ending the day with more than 12,000 steps.
