    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 65 strength, 65 interval walking, 30 tai chi
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I was well within goal.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. I just wish that MFP had more realistic predictions! Lol!
