Work day. Worked from home. Late walk after dinner.
Also chaired first committee meeting of drone racing club. Previous secretary resigned and I took over the job. Looking to secure the clubs future before handing over to someone else. This club was dying and desperately needed help.
I will assisting in be relocated to a site further 50 minutes drive from the other drone racing club so it can service members from that area (they are clubs are currently only 5 mins drive from each other).
Anyway. Need sleep now.
@strongscarlet. So true about nothing worth having comes easy.
Making good habits is not easy. Keeping consistent is not easy.
Making good habits, does however, make the long term impossible SEEM easy. Make your habits then let your habits make you.
The hardest part of making good habits is finding a way to make the habit something easy enough to live with. If the activity is too hard, or not enjoyable, it will fall out of habit quickly.
How have I made circle so many times and kept around an ideal weight for over a year? GOOD HABITS. Finding stuff that worked for me. It was hard to begin with, but then again "Nothing worth having comes easy".

@craigo3154 Congrats on qualifying!
So true re habits, particularly about not over - committing to something at the beginning that I cannot maintain long-term. Something that took me a looooong time to learn!6 -
@craigo3154 Congratulations on qualifying for the Australian International Air Show. Dedication, consistency, perseverence, commitment to any pursuit always wins whatever the goal might be.5

Speaking of quitters.. I am officially out of the challenge. My husband works for an airline and we saw the opportunity to take a quick trip to New Orleans this past weekend so I used up 2 more pass days. I still tracked, and got plenty of exercise, but I was over on calories. I am still going to try to stay true to the challenge for the remainder of the month but may not log my daily results.
For those of you still in it, great job!9 -
@Shutterbuggg, sounds like you had a great time. For sure stay with us! This is only the 11th of the month.
Blessings,
Bonnie6 -
@craigo3154 Congratulations!
@Shutterbuggg
You have to use more than 3 days to be out of the winner's circle
I will like to encourage to keep logging/ I have found it helpful even when I am out of the winner's circle.
@strongscarlet, that is so true. Hard work always paid off.
