1hr full body strength training this morning, pushed myself to go heavier with weights and realized I’m stronger than I thought. Did a 1 hour piyo this evening

I also want to encourage you to continue logging each day. I assure you that sticking with UAC will help you create the life of your dreams - the habits you create even when going over or not exercising ie pass days - all contribute to embedded habits that you basically don’t have to think about. Just takes a bit to establish them.

Yes x3. Some shovelling, 40 minutes of walking with a few running intervals and handstand practice. Need to be more consistent with handstands, it’s not a habit yet!6
