To everyone who is posting step updates, it would REALLY help if you'd only post the steps in weekly groups which match the monthly chart. For instance, Feb. 1 and 2 were part of January...no longer needed. Week 1 for February runs 3-9, Week 2 for February runs 10-16, Week 3 for February runs 17-23 and Week 4 for Feb runs 24-Mar 2nd. Thanks a million times over...and happy Singles Awareness Day!3

Happy Valentine's Day everyone.❣️Today I also turn 57. Yikes!!! Just the number trips me out. I don't feel it or act like it (most days) but here it is. We are going off for the weekend as our anniversary was yesterday, so if there is anything like last weekend, I may not be able to participate. I'll have all my weekly stuff in before I leave tomorrow. We'll be doing a lot of walking and I'll try to slip a workout or two in at the hotel gym or indoor pool if they have one to help with the quidditch match.
I sure am not helping in weight loss department though. I have got to get that in check when I get back.

My steps the past couple days

Yesterday would have been better, I weight lifted before leaving work, and was going to do the treadmill at home, but I just did not feel well yesterday, I dont know what was wrong, so my husband stepped up and cooked and made dinner while I laid on the couch. I did go to the store for xanthan gum and protein powder, Im going to try and make protein fluff (its suppose to be good, so we will see, lol)
Later today Im hoping to go walk on the treadmill or the elliptical before I leave work, then maybe weightlift when I get home depending how I feel, still not feeling the best, but better than yesterday.1 -
