    Exercised?: Yes - 42 minute walk/jog Parkrun, plus 20 minutes casual stroll by the marina with my family.
    Calories?: Yes - nicely under.
    Tracked?: Yes - everything tracked.

    I loved reading everyone's NSV's! It's important to remember that the number on the scale isn't everything. So many victories for each of us :smiley:

    Coach said he wouldn't give me any indications on what ride to do today, just "stay out and about until you have worked out frustration", it took a bit of time indeed. Lol
    MRI done anyway, waiting for results now.

    It was a day out with the family and I decided not to touch my phone, I’m pretty sure I stayed within my calories but I did not track so either way this is pass day #2 for me 😊
