PASS DAY 1
Exercised?: Yes - 30 minute walk.
Calories?: No - 189cal over for the day (but still well under for the week). Shouted myself an extra slice of buttered bread with dinner. Freshly baked... so worth it!
Tracked?: Yes - every bite tracked.

Rick, I relate well to your post. I am not at home right now and having a hard time finding that daily rhythm. There is something to be said for the routine of daily life.4 -

Pass day 3.
I need to get my mojo back. I let tiredness derail me today from my exercise. I'm still not giving up, though. The only day I am concerned about, which would put me out of the winners circle, is Friday. In addition to working my 10 hours, I have to take my sis to an appt that will take about 3 hours (including travel time and appt). But, I will continue no matter what happens. This challenge is, as always, motivating!6 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run on the treadmill this morning, ending the day with more than 17,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
I really debated taking a pass day today -- would have been my first since New Year's Day. I just couldn't do it! LOL I'm really craving sugar as it's that time of the month for me, but I just didn't want to do it. We'll see if it happens tomorrow, but hopefully it won't.4 -
First full day back to work which included teaching a 2 hour workshop. I really enjoy teaching, so that was fun.
On the other hand, multiple days of travel and the severe cold has taken it's toll on my energy.
Today's report:
Exercise: intended to have a cardio day, but settled for a treadmill walk at 3 mph for 25 minutes.
Calories: well under
Tracking: good
P.S. Got on the scale after 3 weeks of travel and I had not gained any weight. I did not lose any either. It was good to verify that I was correct in my daily assessment of calories intake and output.5 -
