    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run on the treadmill this morning, ending the day with more than 17,000 steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    I really debated taking a pass day today -- would have been my first since New Year's Day. I just couldn't do it! LOL I'm really craving sugar as it's that time of the month for me, but I just didn't want to do it. We'll see if it happens tomorrow, but hopefully it won't.
