    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    This is actually a Pass for me :(

    Pass 3/3 --- I have to be very mindful as I want to be in the Winner's Circle this month.

    Been having such a hard time with the community part of the app! Takes forever to load..

    But, yes x 3 for Wednesday. I was able to
    finally make my return to boot camp! So awesome, even though it's just upper body for now.gotta start somewhere. Also had a great PT session and a 40 min dog walk. Felt very productive :)

    Tracked all. Yes.

    Exercise: proud I did 45 min walk. Was tired & didn’t want to walk 2nd 45 mins in cold & dark. (Usually I do.)
    Lack of sleep Feb 18 & 19 caught up with me. Crashed asleep early and slept 8-9 hours. Had breakfast then napped 30 minutes. I never nap.

    Food: Highest surplus I’ve had of calories since at least Sept 2017
    Not beating myself up. I’m human.
    Hoping I can turn this around. A bit scared.

    Have tried using MFP on the computer? Very easy and faster sometimes (www.myfitnesspal.com)
