    Exercised?: Yes - 50 minute brisk walk (in the rain) plus a 30 minute slower stroll to the shops with my daughter.
    Calories?: Yes - nicely under target.

    It’s a pass, over on calories and spent the day driving to Buffalo to visit family with no exercise.
    Luckily my brother has a sweet home gym that I’m going to use for the rest of the visit. Need to pay attention to what I’m eating. Everyone keeps commenting on how little I am, it feels really good!
