    I didn't use the sauce because we know how picky I am but it was actually pretty decent and healthy. I'd eat it again.

    I have attempted twice now to upload pics of Sunday Food Prep... It is not working :(

    I made breakfast for the week - the one outlined in Friday's post.
    I made salads for 3 days lunch. I also made a pot roast that we had last night and again probably tomorrow night.

    Dinners this week:
    Tonight: baked stuffed salmon with broccoli and another misc side to be named later
    Tuesday: Pot roast, roasted potatoes, and green beans
    Wednesday - Newly declared date night - this is open for discussion
    Thursday - baked or grilled pork chops, Southwestern rice, and broccoli - leftovers for lunch Friday
    Friday - Baked Italian sub ring- hubby's favorite.

    We might fip flop some of the days- but this is a rough outline.

    I've gotten really lax on planning my dinner meals. I do lunches with no problem. You've inspired me to start back. :smile:
