My wife, Rose, is still in Phoenix, AZ. Nonetheless, this winter the weather there has been unusually cold and rainy. But last week, it got unusually cold and snowy. Areas that seldom if ever have snow, have had snow. The picture above is from a northern suburb of Phoenix, called Cave Creek.
It's a big cactus with a little snowman. But it's still amazing to see a snowman in central Arizona.

Exercised?: Yes - 40 minute Leslie Sansone YouTube workout, and 45+ minutes slow walking with my girl.
Calories?: Yes - nicely under.
Tracked?: Yes - even the cupcake i shared with my daughter after our walk today Cookies and cream, yum!5 -

Good morning, well I blew my pass days a while back, even quit tracking how many. I have my note here to go back and figure them, but I don't have time for that now, so moving forward. This group has really been helpful to me, which means YOU! All of you! You are so wonderful with support and encouragement. I have signed up for March and looking forward to it and I will continue out this month tracking better then I have this past week7

I signed up for March too. Likely to hit maintenance target before the end of that one .... (either permanently or maybe I will "hold station" at my planned target while I try out a new exercise program, and then see if I end up drifting even lower towards BMI Dead Center Normal .... wasn't originally planning to go quite that low but we shall see what we shall see ... I'll be more interested in vanity inches than vanity pounds at that point.)6

I have to go see a surgeon Thursday to evaluate for a procedure, perhaps same day.
I’m out for Feb Winners as I just took Pass #2 and #3 for past two days for infection.
I should be on track to lose more weight but at a lower rate as I am recording and have not strayed from my calories.
I’ve signed up for March, and will see where I’m at after Thursday.
Regardless, it will be a month of accountability..
Was so close to end of Feb. ☹️

It's crazy....I'm out for February winner's circle!! I went on a great streak though. Made it 9 months straight in Winner's circle. I went out of town and forgot I had used up my pass days and then forgot to post too many days. It has been a whirlwind month for me but I will be back in full swing in March. See you all in March and congrats to the winners!10

I'll be in the winner's circle for the second time for February. No pass days! This group has been so instrumental in keeping me faithful to staying under calories and exercising! Love it so much!!

I am out of the circle but super happy with my progress this month. I hit and passed my monthly 5lb loss. My good habits are getting stronger, none of my pass days were super far off target.

Exercise? Yes, 30 minute hike on virtual Oahu Kuliouou Ridge Trail which was mostly forest. The only viewpoint was a nice one, though.
Calories? On target.

I'm glad that today was a huge exercise day for me as I had out of town guests in my office. The lunch was fine, but the evening at Morton's was a temptation. I skipped the steak and had shrimp cocktail. That saved the day!
Exercise: I'm still learning my back fitness routines/Pilates exercises. My time today was 90 minutes which included 30 minutes of treadmill walking and push-pull strength exercises.
Tracking: very good.5 -

Exercise: yes, even enjoyed a brisk 15 minute walk outside today. Had to enjoy it while I could.
Within calories? Minus 17 without exercise calories. My goal is to not include the exercise to stay within my calories.
Did I track? Sure did, although hubby thought he'd be nice and "allow me" to "sneak" one girl scout cookie.
Seeing finally a minor loss gave me strength again to resist.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run this morning, and 65 minutes of strength (all upper body) after work.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
I'll be in the Winner's Circle - only one pass day taken in February, and I don't plan to take another this week. That will be my second month in a row, and I plan on doing it all again in March!4
