It's definitely magical for my migraines!7

Hmm lets see:
Spent 5 aware of Type 2 years of my life with an A1C between 5.6 and 7.1 taking metformin. 3 months of strict keto to safely get into a fat adapted state and then bouncing between LC and keto macros and my last A1C last came in at a 5.1 with zero pills.
When the Nurse at the doctor office starts asking you how you did it so she could improve her life you know you are onto something. Even the doctor was amazed with the blood work and weight loss. During that process I hit a weight in 8 months lower than what I weighed in high school.
To the non-believers? Tell me again why I should flood my body with those poison carb levels? I'm healthier inside according to 2 sets of blood work, way more fit, look better/feel better and live a life I want vs 10 and even 20 years ago where I was slowly dying of poison and didn't even know it.

I’ve seen huge improvements with my body and nearly zero migraines after having them several times a week. I feel better and better everyday. I love research articles! I did a lot of research (all research articles that had conducted studies) on Keto and Autism and discovered the benefits Keto has on autoimmune diseases along with ASD and ADHD.6

Yes, it is. And in my case joint inflammation as well.

Tons of magic have happened for me! Improvements in migraines, and fibromyalgia pain, cervical dystonia (involuntary rotation of the neck) is better. I have more energy each day too! Keto has been like swallowing the magic red pill! It was a leap of faith in the beginning, but the results speak for themselves and can’t be denied!!

I’m a believer now too! Keto took my migraines away, I no longer feel menstrual cramps which is insane, my achy joints are flexible again. There are weeks when my weight doesn’t budge on the scales but that’s not enough to stop me eating Keto.3

I have had one migraine in over 5 years, and it was during a time when I was completely off the carnivore wagon and back to eating high-carb garbage. That alone is enough for me to stay on it. Of course, there are other benefits, but very few compare to the complete removal of migraines. Those are the absolute worst. Migraines were the reason that I refused to own a gun. I never believed that I could trust myself with an "out" in the middle of a migraine.4

Tom Watson speaking to the UK parliament sounds like one of us singing the miraculous praises of keto

Yep! Count me in for disappearing joint inflammation, as well. 💥Tada!💥2
