Well, apparently I'm stuck...all week this has been my weight and I don't know if it's because I've been sick or what....just frustrating....

For some reason - despite eating well for the last two days - I've put a full pound on. This makes ZERO sense calories wise so I was pretty annoyed this morning and ready to have a jar of nutella for breakfast.
INSTEAD I'm thinking maybe I just need to flush my system out with water. So, I have five articles to write today for work and I'm challenging myself to drink a glass of water with each one or I can't go on to the next. I'm nearly finished article two and mainly needing to pee a lot
hopefully this works well.
Scales are so annoying.4 -
