SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in, for example; Fridays
3/1/19 = (Fill out after each weigh in.)

Hi friends
February was an absolute crapshack for me but I'm not giving up. I'm actually eating well but drinking way too many calories -_- If I can get that under control I know I can see good progress.

@Gnawcraft and @808malia -- You reminded me that I like flavored unsweetened seltzer waters, too! I took a box of them on a road trip over the weekend. Easy way to drink lots and not pay convenience store prices.

Well I was 272 when I weight myself when I woke up but by the time I do my normal weigh in which was 3 hours later I was up 2lb having not eaten anything so that sucked lol.
