    Hey guys. Thought I would check in. Last few weeks have been rough. I wake up at 3am every morning on the dot very hungry and I cannot get back to sleep without a few crackers. Baby is making me snack every two hours on the dot. I feel like I'm starving. Because of the snacking I'm not really eating meals. I'm going to try to start the elliptical this week since I'm feeling better. Next appt is two weeks away.

    Hey since I am new to the group I was just wondering what everyone was doing to lose the weight? I have been trying to keep a 1400 calorie diet and exercise as much as I can at least 5 days a week doing a variety of things like stationary bike, trampoline workouts, HIIT training, P90X and Insanity videos. Everyone is doing amazing!
