Hey since I am new to the group I was just wondering what everyone was doing to lose the weight? I have been trying to keep a 1400 calorie diet and exercise as much as I can at least 5 days a week doing a variety of things like stationary bike, trampoline workouts, HIIT training, P90X and Insanity videos. Everyone is doing amazing!

CICO for me, little exercise at the moment, but I was sick this past week and hopefully I’ll be back to 3x week seated cardio.

Hi there! So, first off -- wow! Your exercise practices are super inspiring! It sounds like you have a great plan and are working it!

I think that everyone has to figure out what works for them. Each body is different, and they all change over time. And then there's what works for your preferences! For me, what is working is plant-based foods (Dr. Joel Fuhrman's nutritarian lifestyle) and 5-6 days a week where I get in 45 minutes of movement (walking, martial arts, yoga, spinning). Note that I know that my food choices are not for everyone, and that this is the new normal for me (I won't be changing how I eat to go back to what I was eating in 2017).

Thanks Austin! Yeah right now I eat pretty much the way I was before just limit the amount. Thats great you found a way of eating that works for you and you enjoy.
As far as working out yes I really push myself with the exercises. I have a problem with going all out from the get go haha. I worked out with my 19 year old brothers g/f 2 weeks ago and she was huffin and puffin and couldnt do near what I was doing and she is only 180 pounds and played vball thru high school. Made me feel pretty dang good gotta admit. I have had 2 kids and will be 35 this July.
I also started a program called Omada. Its free for me because my hubby's job covers it. They send you a scale that you have to weigh in daily with that goes directly to your account. You have lessons on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress etc each week and a coach to help you along the way. I started my 8th week yesterday. It has really helped me challenge myself to make better food choices.

@maeylenmahem WHAT are you doing? That's fantastic
@austinruadhain - WTG - My scale weighs me in as 43.2 BMI but I just did a calculator on line based on height and weight, and i'm not in MORBIDLY obese category anymore - JUST obese LOL but the BMI calculated at 31.8 NOT 43.2 - time to check the scale! - it's insane!
EVERYONE is doing so great this month - cept me LOL

Hi, guys, I'm quite new to the group but nothing like starting now right?
    Height: 5'11

    My Numbers:
HW:423 (Towards the end of 2015 going into 2016 I actually lost 100lbs and got to 321lbs. but then the holiday's happened and I just never really seemed to get back on track and gained 70lbs back :( )
    SW: 391
    CW: 384.2
GW: 215 - I think..with my height, 215 might look good on my frame but I won't know until I get there.
    LTGW: 210-190

    Weigh ins: Thursday's
    3/1/19 =
    3/7/19 = 391.6
    3/14/19 = -
    3/21/19 = 384.2
    3/28/19 =

I think I will start weighing myself every week instead of two weeks now.

I am struggling. Had a wonderful weekend. My son just graduated the Academy and is out on the job for the first time today as a deputy sheriff. One of my most proudest mama moments. I have veered off of the beaten path for months now. This weekend especially. Have not stuck to the plan and feel horrible. Could really use some support and love from my fellow community
